My name is Lucía and I got to know Clínica Obésitas through the web and people who had already had surgery in my surroundings. I was interested in an obesity operation because it limited me in
my decisions to do any activity, I was always afraid of not being able to do it because of my physical condition. I have made a thousand and one diets; hypocaloric, based on carbohydrates, proteins… In addition I had previously placed the intragastric balloon but nothing was definitive; so I finally decided to operate on gastric tube after the recommendation of Dr. Ferrer.
10 months have passed since my operation and I have lost more than 35 kg, before I weighed 103 and now 68 kg approximately. After the operation, I feel very different at all levels and I feel like I’m even ready for a bombardment.

I encourage other people who are obese to deal with these types of operations, I think it is the best decision I have ever made in my life, I have emerged from the circle of obesity.

I would like to add that we always think that the economic cost is very high, but we have to see it as a great investment that will pay off little by little and that when we look from the top we will be able to value it as the best project of our new life.
