I didn’t want to accept that obesity was a problem for me. I’ve been overweight since I was little. Although he was able to lose weight, he always got them back with a gift. I couldn’t control my anxiety attacks and in the event of any problem I took refuge in food. The worst thing was the feeling of guilt that I generated, I thought I was weak and that the food could with me.

I got to know Obesity Clinics through my dietician, who advised me to talk to Dr. Ferrer about my problem.

I agreed to have surgery because of health problems, not because of the physical, and above all because I had the illusion of being a mother. After not getting it, I abandoned myself and reached 15kg in 3 months, reaching 118kg and a BMI of 40.6. To distract me and not think; I ate. There came a time when I wanted to lose and when I wasn’t able, I got depressed. I even didn’t want to leave the house, stay away from my friends and want to be alone. This led to a depression.

I had surgery 17 months ago and I’ve already lost 27kg. I’ve lost a lot of volume, I’m really surprised! I’ve learned to eat healthier and more varied. I no longer have anxiety, nor do I hide
in food. I’m learning to love myself a little more, my complexes are disappearing. I’m also more agile, flexible and resistant.
