My name is Josefa and I tell my story to be able to help all those people who have doubts or are not completely convinced.

I came to Clínica Obésitas because some acquaintances had already told me very well about it and I encouraged myself to ask for an appointment to be informed. Obesity became a major problem in my daily life. I didn’t like the way I looked, it prevented me from doing many things because I immediately felt tired and, most importantly, arthritis appeared in the knees due to being overweight.

I made many diets before surgery, in addition to acupuncture and more aesthetic treatments with high hopes of losing weight that at first were fulfilled but eventually ended up regaining the lost weight.

So I decided to get advice from Dr. Ferrer and I finally underwent gastric bypass surgery in March 2013, now I have 26 kilos lost and, although I still want to lose a little more, I hope to reach my goal and thus be able to enjoy everything, especially eating and interacting. I look better, I can exercise without getting as tired as I used to, I drink everything and my social life has also improved after the operation.

I really recommend anyone who is in a situation similar to mine to come to the clinic for information and take the step because it changes your life a lot better and after this is when you really live life.
