Since my childhood I have been plump; from the age of 8 I had appendicitis surgery and since then I began to gain weight. When I was a teenager I started to make all kinds of diets, acupuncture, diets combined with drugs etc… All of them worked for me at first, but I had no willpower to reach the maintenance stage.

When I was 29 years old, a day came when I looked in the mirror and didn’t feel comfortable with my physique, from that moment I decided to put a solution.

In August last year I had surgery, in 17 months I have lost 27.1 kg I feel more at ease with my physique, I have learned to eat and control my emotional states.
