It was not so much a social problem but rather a personal one, of physical limitation when it came to carrying out some activities and of not feeling completely good about myself.

For years I have been on different types of diets in which it was specified what to eat and in what quantities each day of the week, which always fell into monotony and ended up abandoning time. With them I was able to lose some kilos but later I would be gradually recovering them.

It has been about 3 months since the balloon was removed, during the 6 months of treatment I lost about 28 kilos. To this day I have managed to stabilize the weight I got after the treatment,

I have not continued to lose but neither have I increased.
The change has been resounding in all respects. On a physical level I feel much better when it comes to doing any activity, without so much fatigue or muscle pain, I look much better and that also affects my mood. The fundamental change has been learning, almost from 0 when it comes to healthy lifestyle habits.

I would recommend it as long as the person is willing to change all the bad habits that came dragging. It’s not about dieting for a while, losing a few pounds and after withdrawal doing things again just as badly as before. If you follow all the guidelines indicated by the doctors, you lose weight, but it will not help (in the medium or long term) if you do not internalize the new habits (a lot of physical activity, eating well, everything, in moderate amounts, eating slowly, 5 meals a day, etc. …).
